Refund Policy
All payments to Platinum Financial Resources, LLC are made on a non-refundable basis. Client has contracted for services with Platinum Financial Resources, LLC. , and has been provided with a fee agreement specifying the charges for these services. Prior to submitting any information for payment toward these charges, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have read and understand this agreement. Submission of payment information constitutes client's acknowledgment and acceptance of the fee agreement.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
While any and all LEGITIMATE disputes will be addressed and resolved in a timely fashion, all requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal counsel. If it is determined that a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage has been submitted, we will report this to the credit card service. This report may result in cancellation of card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed.
Changes to Policy
Platinum Financial Resources, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Platinum Financial Resources, LLC's web site. Client agrees to periodically review our web site, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our web site. It is the client's obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
